Procedures for rough diamonds transaction: CIF to Geneva or Antwerp

1. Seller sends a manifest to the Buyer

2. Buyer sends LOI with the manifest to the Seller

3. Seller sends signed contract to the Buyer

4. Buyer sings the contract and returns to the Seller

5. Seller provides POP (SKR from Brinks or Malca-Amit and copies of KPC) to the Buyer

6. Buyer and seller exchange information of their bank officers .

7. Seller's bank officer contacts the buyer's bank officer and the buyer's bank officer sends MT999 directly to the seller's bank officer.

8. Seller sends the parcel through Brinks or Malca  to Geneva

9. After the inspection by the Buyer at Malca or Brinks location in Geneva or Antwerp, the Buyer accepts the parcel,  the parcel is sealed, and the Seller issues a commercial invoice to the Buyer.

10.The Buyer transfers the funds to the Seller's designated account

11. Certificates of Origin,  KPCs and the ownership of the the parcel are transferred to the Buyer.
